Based on the concept of Movie for Art, Design and Data(MADD.), MADD. provides a space to explore new video representations.
The aim of the MADD. Award is to create a living ecosystem for video writers, designers, artists, and engineers through this MADD. Award and all of its related events.

This year's theme is "Massive and Minuscule".
What kind of world could you see if you combined the extremely large and the extremely small?
The galaxy and grains of sand. Torrential rain and water droplets. Whales and plankton.
We think we can expand the possibilities of video by combining micro and macro, comparing, interlocking, and fusing them together.
MADD. Award 2020 invites participants to express themselves in new ways using 8K and smartphones.
